Update on legacy offers

Removing offers created prior to Chia Wallet 1.7.0

We will soon remove a bunch of active legacy offers that were created with outdated wallet versions (prior to 1.7.0). These offers won't be compatible with the upcoming Chia Wallet 2.0.0 (see Chia-Network/chia-blockchain#15694)

To find out if you still have any active legacy offers, navigate to Your Offers, filter by Active and look for Legacy labels.

It’s recommended to cancel and recreate any legacy offers. This ensures that users can still accept them with newer versions of the Chia Wallet.

To identify legacy offers via the API, check the mod_version. mod_version values 0 and 1 are outdated and no longer supported. The current offer file version is mod_version 2.
